Play as a work super power
I recently presented a 90 minute workshop at Agile Tour Sydney. A conference with a difference, participants spend the day diving into topics of their choosing.
We had an action packed workshop where we worked together as a group to use play and playful midset to work as a problem solver. Together, we collectively decided to try and solve World Peace
(yep. Quite the topic to solve in 90 minutes)
However, through physical activities and using play to ensure that every person in the room had a voice, we agreed on some profound solutions together. Free education, housing for everyone and no nukes were our three main themes – and we came to these quickly, without argument and in a celebratory way.
