Workshops
Workshops where the learning is relevant to you. In large or small groups, they are active, engaging and unique, all learner-led and based on themes of divergent thinking. They rely on failing forward together and are geared for participants to leave having discovered the super-power that is themselves.
Offering a suite of workshops including bringing your company values to life, experiential learning in the workplace, create to innovate and playing to communicate.
Facilitation
With a genuine interest and curiosity in people, my facilitation style focuses heavily on getting back to basics: creating a safe space for a group to truly communicate with each other.
Through experiential learning, the session ensures that each voice is heard, and both introvert and extrovert have an opportunity to equally participate.
From strategy, innovation, communication styles or team-building, never has group collaboration been more effective.
Events
Partnering with TBC Creative, I specialise in participatory theatre and immersive events. With an ensemble of writers, directors, actors and musicians, the events that can be created for you are professional, meaningful and original.
And not every event has to be a full production. If you’ve got a conference or work event and are looking for a creative experience that is beyond trivia or stilt walkers, I can help.
The team works with you to create an experience that is specially tailored to your participants and aligned with your values and purpose.
Speaking & Coaching
Whether one-on-one coaching, or speaking at an event, I am available to set the spark alight in others. With a performance background and a genuine passion for what I do – sharing the love is a personal mission.
I can inspire an audience to ignite the creative resilience or sense of fun in themselves, and I can assist leaders to think in new approaches and habit forming creative measures to enhance their people skills.
Be warned: it’s different. My speaking is done with audience engagement and my coaching may just improve all areas of your life (and we may become lifelong friends).
