It’s January, Happy New Year - this month I give you one 1 Playful activity. But it’s a big one.
What are the little things you do when your life goes sideways to make yourself feel better? What are the tiny things that when you do them make your insides smile? Ever noted them down??
This months playful activity is: 10 Tiny Treats. This is taking a moment to write down 10 tiny playful things that you can do to help yourself feel better if ever the preverbial sh*t hits the fan. :)
Write it down on some nice paper and keep it somewhere handy to remind yourself of these tidbits of glory when the chips are down.
Mine are:
Eating Caramello Koalas
Swimming underwater
Googling random countries (just to learn about them)
Bath robes
Going through old photos on my phone
Eating dinner in the nude
A breakfast buffet
Watching telly in bed
Cuddling someone
Bath bombs
Our lives move fast these days. So we need a conscious reminder to be playful with ourselves. Don’t forget that a tiny amount of play can have a very positive impact on your focus levels.
